REMINDER: DO NOT sign any lease until it has been reviewed by an attorney. If you are told by a landsman that our legal counsel has approved a lease and it is OK to sign - DO NOT sign. When we have a lease approved by our Board, all members will be notified and our legal counsel will be present when you sign so they can answer any questions.
